All applications are on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying early is strongly recommended.

1. PDF REGISTRATION FORM: Download and complete the pdf registration form. Remember to complete all of the requested information. An incomplete registration form will slow down your application. Unless you are applying for a bursary, please also enclose payment for the full amount of the program. This payment will not be processed until the applicant’s place is confirmed.

2. If you are applying for a bursary, please also download the BURSARY APPLICATION. Bursaries are awarded to youth who face financial restrictions. Please specify on the form why you are applying and provide the contact details for one reference (this could be a teacher, youth worker, etc.).

3. Unless you are sending a cheque or money order, you can fax the completed form(s) to us at 604.688.8204, or you can scan the forms and email them as PDFs to info@summervisions.ca. You can also mail the form(s) and your payment to us at Pacific Cinémathèque, #200-1131 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2L7.


Refunds, Cancellations and Changing Programs
Please note that once you have received confirmation of your place in a program, changing programs may be subject to a $25 administration fee. Full refunds (minus the $25 administration fee) can only be made for cancellations more than two weeks before the start of a program. After this date, refunds are at the discretion of Summer Visions.
